 Sharkbite Innovation develops sustainability, oriented on the United Nations’s 17 Sustainability Development Goals. In this scope, we strongly believe that only sustainable business models will be profitable and only if a business model earns money, people will engage in it. Therefore, we’re convinced that you need to create new business models at the intersection of innovation, profitability and sustainability.
Our activities happen in three main regions. First of all, we act as an entrepreneurial partner for corporates which want to innovate and become more sustainable. From the start with business and market analyses, we generate and build up business ideas from scratch. We thereby work with Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies. Secondly, we also work as coaches and facilitators. In order to generate new business in an ever-changing world, we host trainings and programs in order to further development corporates’ workforces.
Additionally, we also engage as company builders and create new business models ourselves in case we strongly believe on the potential and the sustainability impact it’s able to generate.

Sharkbite Innovation brings a combined background of 30+ years in developing customer-centric products and services in a digital and/or sustainable environment. According to design-thinking principles, we develop, iterate and test in very short intervals in order to constantly get market and consumer/customer feedback. We bring in the methodologies to develop mobile applications in a state-of-the-art manner as convenient and user-friendly as possible.
The main contact person within this project will be Clemens Fauvel, Innovation Specialist, Design Thinking Expert and Agile Coach with over five years of business building experience in all kinds of industries. With a master’s degree in business engineering, he will be able to translate important learnings and features into a potential digital product. The ecosystem around the UN SDGs and especially SDG#4 – Quality Education – will help in further fostering the project.
